Fees and registration
REGULAR CONFERENCE FEE
2-day admission to the seminar including lunches and coffee during both days, light dinner Thursday evening and Musical Odyssey Thursday evening (but not including conference dinner Friday evening April 24).
- Early bird fee until March 20: DKK incl. VAT 1250 (EUR 170)
- Late bird fee from March 21: DKK incl. VAT 1750 (EUR 235)
REDUCED FEE FOR EMPLOYEES AT AARHUS UNIVERSITY AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF AARHUS
2-day admission to the seminar including lunches and coffee during the two days (also including admission to Musical Odyssey at Concert Hall Aarhus on a first-come-first-serve basis). The reduced fee does not include conference dinner Friday evening April 24).
- Fee: DKK incl VAT 500 (EUR 70)
REDUCED FEE FOR STUDENTS
Fee for students with state education loan. 2-day admission to the seminar including coffee breaks both days (but not including lunches, dinners and the Musical Odyssey at Concert Hall Aarhus).
- Admission fee: DKK incl. VAT 150 (EUR 20)
CONFERENCE DINNER FEE
On Friday April 24 incl. 3 course meal and 3 glasses of vine, water and coffee. Read more about the conference dinner
